If I try to access the diskstation directly in Windows Explorer, i.e. \\diskstation then up pops a Windows Security box. It says "Enter your credentials to connect: diskstation". It's default to my Microsoft Windows login email address and PIN number. So I click 'More choices' and I can see 'admin' as another username option.
